Are your pieces really one of a kind?
Yes. Every piece is handmade by Anne Bellinger in her Copenhagen studio. Rugs in particular are made in a single quantity — once a rug is sold, that exact piece will not be made again.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items require a production time of approximately 2-4 weeks before shipping.
Do you ship internationally, and how much does it cost?
Yes. Shipping is 7 EUR to Denmark, 15 EUR within the EU, 20 EUR to Switzerland/UK/Norway, and 30 EUR internationally. Shipping is free on orders over 300 EUR. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees on orders shipped outside the EU.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, all prices include applicable taxes. Import duties may still apply for orders shipped outside the EU.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Made-to-order or custom pieces are not eligible for return once production has begun.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact hello@annebellinger.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Can I request something special, like a custom size or a sold-out piece?
Yes. Send an email or reach out on Instagram. Special requests and pieces that have sold out can sometimes be made again in a similar way.
