Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your BELLINGER purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@annebellinger.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

As many BELLINGER products are handmade and produced in small quantities, production may take approximately 2–4 weeks before shipping.

Products that are custom-made, personalized, or produced according to specific customer requirements are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
